PURCHASING

1. All items offered on our website are subject to availability.
2. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Cart" button shown on each product page.
3. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.
4. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

REFUNDS

1. You have the right to a refund if there is a fault with your purchased item.
2. We do not give refunds on perfect items.
3. Please notify us within seven working days of delivery and return them for a full refund.
4. Please do not send back to us, unless you have notified us first.
